In line with Government guidance, we are temporarily closed. Further updates will be posted on our website and social media pages when we are able to re-open.
In line with Government guidance, and to help protect our customers & our staff, sadly we have taken the decision to temporarily close our store. If possible, we will look to re-open on 17th April.
If you have a jewellery/watch repair, deposit item or valuation currently with us - please be assured these remain safe & secure & will be available to you when we re-open.
For our pawn-broking customers with either a current or overdue loan contract - we will NOT charge interest on any loan during the period of our closure, nor will we take any action on overdue loans. Your goods remain safe & secure & will be available for redemption or renewal when we re-open.
If you have any question about these matters please email us on email@example.com or phone/text our shop mobile on 07395 833 281.
Thank you for you understanding and support during what is a challenging time for us all. We wish you and yours safe & well & look forward to seeing you once again as soon as circumstance allows.
Meanwhile - stay safe - stay home.
At present we are open as normal and offering most services as per our normal procedures.
Please be assured we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus situation but currently we are very much open for business as usual.
The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is of paramount importance and so several new measures have been implemented in store in line with advice from the Government.
To assist social distancing we have imposed a limit of 2 customer groups in the shop at any one time. You may therefore need to wait to enter the store and we thank you in advance for your patience.
Our routine cleaning regime has been enhanced to ensure frequent cleaning with antibacterial wipes of regularly touched public areas - including door handles, counter surfaces and card payment machines. Boxes of tissues are available on all counters.
Please remember that we accept contactless payment as well as ApplePay, although cash will continue to be accepted for those who do not have this facility.
Whilst we will do our best to maintain services as usual, we will be following guidelines from the Government and World Health Organisation. If we do have to vary store opening times, or if it becomes necessary to close for a period, we will publish details of these changes on our Google, Twitter & Facebook pages.
Please don’t come into the shop if you’re feeling unwell or if you should be self-isolating. Government & Public Health advice continues to be that people should help protect themselves and others from the virus by regularly washing their hands for 20 seconds with soap & water. Our staff follow this advice and we urge all our customers to do so too.
Please stay healthy & safe by following the latest information and advice on the Coronavirus on the NHS and Government websites.
And finally – thank you one and all for your continued support of our business. These are challenging times indeed for all businesses, big and small, and we hope to maintain a semblance of normality on your High Street for as long as we possibly can.
